1. ORDERS & PAYMENT
All orders are placed and paid for via Stripe payment links. Order confirmation is sent by email once payment is successfully processed by Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at Our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory unavailability — in which case any payment collected will be refunded in full.
2. SHIPPING
Orders are fulfilled and shipped from within the United States to destinations in the United States and other countries in the Americas, using EasyPost and Parcelcraft for label generation, carrier selection, and live rate calculation at checkout. Shipping timeframes and rates displayed at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed; delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or circumstances outside Our control are not the responsibility of Sekret Ventures, LLC.

Processing time (the time between order confirmation and Your package leaving Our hands) averages 24–48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Made-to-order items may require additional processing time before shipment.
Physical merchandise falls into two fulfillment categories:

You will receive tracking information by email once Your order ships. Please review Your shipping address carefully at checkout — We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, though We will assist in working with the carrier where possible.
3. CUSTOMS & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For shipments outside the United States, You are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by Your country upon delivery. These are not included in the order total or shipping cost collected at checkout.
4. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
All product, return, and refund decisions are made solely by the artist, Beat Zimmermann; Sekret Ventures, LLC processes refunds only on his instruction.
Due to the nature of physical media, all sales of CDs and vinyl records are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on media items for reasons of preference, duplicate purchase, or change of mind.
If You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact the artist first at backoffice@beat-zimmermann.com within 7 days of delivery with Your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photo or video. Once We receive his determination, We will process any approved replacement or refund back to Your original Stripe payment method.
Made-to-order or customized merchandise (where applicable) is likewise final sale unless received defective, given its produced-to-order nature.
Refunds, once approved, are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and typically take 5–10 business days to appear on Your statement, depending on Your bank's processing time.
5. LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If tracking shows a package as delivered but You have not received it, please contact the artist first at backoffice@beat-zimmermann.com promptly so We can assist in filing a claim with the carrier. If a package is lost in transit (not marked delivered) after a reasonable time has passed, contact the artist and We will work with You and the carrier/EasyPost to investigate, carrying out next steps (replacement or refund) per his direction.

1. OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
We pack and ship every order carefully and promptly, and We stand behind the process. That said, once a package leaves Our hands and enters the postal/carrier network, transit time, handling, and delivery are outside Our control. Beat stands behind his merchandise — if something goes sideways with a shipment, he'll make sure You're taken care of.
2. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 24–48 hours of order confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods (e.g., new release drops, tour dates, or holiday seasons), processing may take longer; We'll do Our best to flag delays where possible.
3. CARRIER & TRANSIT TIME
We currently ship primarily via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once a package is handed off, it is subject to USPS's own service standards, delays, and limitations, which are outside Our control.
Estimated transit time is approximately 3–20 days, depending on destination — domestic US shipments are typically on the faster end of that range, while international/Americas destinations, customs processing, and remote areas can push toward the longer end. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery windows.

You will receive a tracking number by email once Your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after a package is scanned by the carrier.

For shipments outside the United States, You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by Your country. These are not included in the order or shipping total collected at checkout and are billed separately by the carrier or customs authority, if applicable.
